Great question! It is one we get a lot, so we wanted to shed a little light on where the name Paraclete comes from.
Our name is inspired by the Greek word paráklētos, which means “helper called to one’s aid”. Paraclete answers the call from employers and employees by coming alongside every employee in their journey of life and helping employers care for and steward whats most important to them - their people.
